mConverter is a GUI for converting video files to a DVD writable format, using Open Source tools such as mplayer, mpeg2enc and ffmpeg. The software is in very early development, and many features are not completed.
At this point, it contains the following features:
Convert nearly any video file that mplayer will play

Set quality, bitrate and ratio of video
Select output for authoring with Roxio Toast Titanium or DVDAuthor
